Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has announced new Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) in July'19 2018 which was updated again on Dec'21 2018, to combat unsolicited commercial communication and directed all Indian operators to maintain transparent system. Therefore, this DLT would help secure the mobile subscribers privacy and avoid pesky SMS and fraudulent activities.
Indian Operators will be introduced with Block Chain Technology; This helps all the operators to enable constancy. In adherence to the upcoming TRAI guidelines, all organizations/enterprise will be needed to enlist their organizations with Telecom Operators for sending SMS using their company documentation. The Enterprises/Businesses (Principle Entity) and Service Provider (Telemarketers like Buddy Infotech) will be held responsible to telecom operators who will be straightforwardly responsible to TRAI.
